The implementation of State Administrative Law in government administration still faces challenges, such as the gap between normative theory and practical application, abuse of authority, and limited public access to legal mechanisms. This study aims to analyze the implementation of State Administrative Law in government administration and identify the obstacles encountered, including the gap between normative theory and practice, abuse of authority, and limited access to legal mechanisms for the public. The research employs a normative-empirical method, combining statutory, conceptual, and empirical approaches through literature review and semi-structured interviews with law students. The results indicate that although the principles of legality, transparency, and accountability are clearly regulated, their implementation is often hindered by uneven understanding among officials and limited oversight mechanisms. Law education based on case simulations and real case studies has proven effective in bridging this gap, enhancing students’ understanding of good governance, and preparing them to face challenges in administrative law practice. This study concludes that the successful implementation of State Administrative Law requires a synergy between clear regulations, adequate official capacity, practical legal education, and robust oversight mechanisms
